How do I change my password?
Go to My Account and you’ll find the option to change your password there.

I have a Skin Perfect Privilege Pass! Do I get points in my purchases online?
Yes! You accrue points in all transactions. Kindly include your membership card code during checkout so we can apply it to your account.
I have a Skin Perfect Privilege Pass! Do I get the 10% discount on the products?
The items sold on the website already has a 10% discount and not available for membership discounts. You can still enjoy the discount perk on purchases via our facial salons.
I have Skin Perfect points! Can I use them to purchase online?
You may only redeem points in-store. Don’t worry! All our items are available for purchase in our facial salons.

How do I pay?
Credit Card
A credit card gateway will be available once you submit through checkout.

Bank Deposit
You need to deposit the exact amount with the delivery fee charges within 48 hours before the transaction expires. Kindly deposit the payment at

After payment, you need to send the deposit slip or online confirmation at customercare@skinperfect.ph.

7-11 / Over the Counter Payments (EcPay)
For your over the counter payment please write down the payment Reference Number, pay in cash at any accredited store (click HERE to view the list of participating outlets) in order to make your payment to SKIN PERFECT FACIAL SALON. Instructions will be sent to your nominated email.
You may change your mode of payment if you wish to pay via bank transfer or credit / debit card by clicking “My Account” then “My Orders.” There will be an option under “Actions” to Pay and you will be redirected to the payment gateway system again.
How do I know if my payment was processed?
You will receive an email confirmation with us advising that we have already received or verified your payment, and that items are ready for dispatch.
Is it safe to use my credit card for payment in this website?
Of course! We do not store your credit card information. Your information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

Shipping & Returns

My order never arrived.
Send us an email at customercare@skinperfect.ph with your order details. We usually send a tracking number to customers so it’s good to first check the status of the delivery.
My order arrived incomplete or damaged.
Send us an email at customercare@skinperfect.ph with your order details and details of the condition of the product. It’s best to include a photo so that we can assess the situation better. Please read our Return Policy HERE.
I would like to return my order.
We cannot process returns or item exchanges. Please read our Return Policy HERE. Our sale items are not available for refund.
I want to cancel my order.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once order has been checked out.
I want to return a gift card.
Gifts care are non-refundable.
I still haven’t received my refund.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customercare@skinperfect.ph.
How can I return the product?
In person:
You can return the products in any of our branches nationwide. See the complete list HERE.
Mail:
Send the product to: 5 Bingo St. Sta. Mesa Heights Don Jose Village, Brgy. Siena 1114 Quezon City, Philippines and address it to SKIN PERFECT ONLINE.
I placed the wrong address.
Oh no! Email us straightaway at customercare@skinperfect.ph with the transaction code in the subject line and let’s see if we can grab your parcel and change the address.
When is my order shipped?
Please allow 3 business days after payment for us to confirm your order.
How long will it take to get my order?
Please allow 5-7 business days for your items to be delivered. We usually give a tracking number so you can use that to check where your items are.
How can I track my order?
We have a tracking number in our shipping confirmation email that is sent to you once payment has been made. A link is included to let you know where you can input the tracking number.
